Common Questions
Will my subscription price change?
No. If you're an existing subscriber, your original pricing is locked in on your current product and carries forward to any new product you switch to.
Do I need to do anything?
It depends on your product. Doozies Sleep and general subscribers are all set. Happy Doozies and Tincture subscribers will need to confirm or select their new product. Check your email for specific instructions.
What happened to the oil-based tinctures?
They're being replaced by our new water-soluble tincture line. Water-soluble formulas offer faster absorption and higher bioavailability. Your old tincture subscription will continue to be fulfilled while we have inventory, roughly 3 to 4 months.
Is the formula really different or just the packaging?
It depends on the product. Doozies now include functional botanicals like Reishi, Lion's Mane, and Ashwagandha. Tinctures are completely rebuilt. Bella and Max has 3X the CBD. Solace is unchanged.
What if I don't like the new formula?
