Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are processed during weekdays 9:30am-4pm PST. Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays.

We use multiple carriers, such as USPS (Priority Mail and Flat Rate), UPS, FedEx, etc. for all orders placed via our website. In some cases, delivery to PO Boxes may not be available. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, and multiple shipping options and rates are offered when available. At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States

We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00. On orders, less than $75.00 within the U.S., Shipping & Handling is a flat rate of $8.99. Ground Shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrive at your door.

If you select 3 Day Shipping ($12.99), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12 pm PST the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
